Signal Boosting - Kickstarter project for a digital preservation book

I don't normally signal boost anything other than a filk album (and there were a large number of them released this year.), but as a filk archivist in the digital format, this is a project I think that should be supported. 

Gary McGath is writing a book on digital preservation.    It is scheduled to be published as an ebook and is for the average user vs the academic fields.

This is one of those resources that I want to take advantage of and make sure I am preserving tapes that I am converting in the best format possible.
