hms42Its been a fun day... Had to be in early @ work today and made it with no problems...
Its just the trip to Seattle that has problems.... I wish they notified me about the problem with the airtrain at JFK.... Due to it being out of order and the mad rush to buses that did not help, I got stuck in NYC overnight. :(
Just at a different airport than I wanted to fly out of. (It was free standby (or pay $$$) to get a confirmed seat in the morning. I took the confirmed seat for a few $$$.) I am just getting to Seattle about 14 hours later than I wanted to and with a transfer that was unplanned.
At least with the transfer, I can grab something in Tx for interfilk. (If I see somethg that works for interfilk during the layover, it will be picked up and donated. I did get time to get ginger candy at least.) Plus now I get to listen to a few recordings while waiting... (including a brunch CD contribution recorded at Conflikt 2012.)
recordings 1993 Conterpoint is interesting and helping select songs for its CD that is in the works..
Updated... I got in about 1p and had fun at the convention. Friday night was long, but worth the challenges of getting to the con.
